These terms apply to the ReviseCue website and, once released, the ReviseCue Android app. ReviseCue is operated by JBX LLC, registered in SHAMS, United Arab Emirates and trading as ReviseCue.

1. The service

ReviseCue is a revision tool designed to interrupt selected periods of app use with short study questions. The app is currently in private testing. Website descriptions, screenshots and planned features may change before public release.

2. Educational information

ReviseCue supports independent study but is not a school, tutor or examination authority. Questions and explanations, including AI-generated material, may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Users should check important answers against trusted teachers, textbooks and official curriculum sources. ReviseCue does not guarantee grades, examination results or learning outcomes.

3. Using ReviseCue

You agree to use ReviseCue lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people, the service or its security. You must not attempt to interfere with the app or website, gain unauthorised access, misuse automated systems, copy protected material at scale, or use the service to create or distribute harmful content.

If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian should review them with you and provide any permission required in your country.

4. Device permissions

Some app features require Android permissions such as usage access, overlay access and a visible monitoring service. You control these permissions through the app and Android settings. Removing a required permission may stop the related feature from working.

5. Intellectual property

The ReviseCue name, logo, design, software and original content belong to JBX LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise that the website or app will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. During testing, features may behave unexpectedly and test data may be reset.

7. Third-party services

ReviseCue may rely on third-party services for hosting, security, analytics, AI generation or distribution. Their own terms and policies may apply. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse their content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReviseCue is provided “as is” and “as available”. JBX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction in Sharjah will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ReviseCue develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
